Veronica Blackbeauty
Writing been a passion for Veronica Blackbeauty. During her tenth grade year in Dobbins Vocational Technical High School, Veronica's, English instructor assisted her students writing out plays and acting them out in class. Without realizing the impact in would have in the future, Veronica became inclined to continue to write, but she focused on poetry as a comfort to her pain. The fire, ignition, determination to write novels erupted within her in 2005 when her daughter, Lyric Alaye' perished. It was the energy surging through her then that forced her to sit down and write her pain away.
Veronica Blackbeauty, has been writing professionally since 2010 with the release of her first novel, Lyric: Philly's Own Princess. With the rave reviews, Lyric: Philly's Own Princess created a controversy which focused on sexually abused women and how it can mentally affect you on a personal level.
A year later, Veronica Blackbeauty followed up with a sequel titled, Jay: Philly's Own Prince. Presented in Lyric, Jay's background and present situation forces Lyric and Jay to search for the culprits who wants vengeance.
Still going hard, Veronica wrote, Trail Of My Tears in 2013, which is based loosely on a true story. It encases a family who suffers within the home and forces the children to become a product of their environment. It shows a strong gesture of how curses could be passed down from one generation to another.
November 2016, Veronica released a new title, Portrait Of A Hata: Zeal & Free. It shows how two friends interest in one man can and will ruin a friendship in which neither friend is truly ready to back off. One woman is delusional of her true feelings while the other woman love is being reciprocated by the man who thought he'd never find love in this lifetime.
Currently, Veronica is working on the sequel to Portrait Of A Hata. She also has plans to release a book of memoirs referencing the life she'd suffered and ultimately credits Christ for pulling her through. She takes pleasure in putting God first then family. Her innate ability to focus on others and their tasks are strong. She genuinely loves to see positive strides and growth for everyone and never hesitates to offer a helping hand.
Veronica is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
